Email help
Everything about your EdenDNS mailbox, in plain words. Most people are done in a minute.

The person who set up your mailbox chooses it in their EdenDNS dashboard.
2. Connect a device

Who does what
Calendar, tasks and contacts
They are part of every mailbox. In webmail, tap the calendar or address book icon at the top. On an iPhone the setup page also puts them in your Calendar and Contacts apps. On Android, a CalDAV and CardDAV app such as DAVx5 does the same.
If something is not working
I cannot sign in
Use the full address, like you@yourdomain.com. The password is the one set in the EdenDNS dashboard under Email, then the mailbox. If it was lost, the account owner sets a new one there.
My mail is not arriving
The domain needs its mail records. The account owner opens Dashboard, Domains, the domain, then Email, and taps Fix it on the Mail DNS check. Give it a few minutes.
My mail goes to spam
New senders start with no reputation. Ask the receiver to mark a message Not junk and add you to their contacts. Keep messages personal, avoid sending in bulk, and make sure every Mail DNS check is green.
My app asks for server settings
Username is the full email address. Incoming IMAP mail.edendns.com port 993 SSL/TLS. Outgoing SMTP mail.edendns.com port 465 SSL/TLS, or port 587 with STARTTLS.
The keyboard covers what I am typing
Reload the page, or add webmail to your home screen and open it from there. That version resizes with the keyboard.
How do I put webmail on my home screen?
iPhone: open it in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Android: open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then Install app.
